With over twenty years of management experience in luxury and beauty (LVMH, Diptyque, Aesop), Thomas has a passion for brands and understanding their soul and unique path.
His expertise lies in building teams and scaling businesses across all sales channels and geographies, while keeping true to brand. Having built Aesop in Europe to what it is today, he understands retail excellence. In 2019, he spun out a new investment arm under the financial backing of Natura &Co - Fable Investments. Investing only in beauty and wellness, Thomas now spends his time backing and operationally supporting the global beauty brands and visionary entrepreneurs of the future.
